Common questions before the first call
The most frequent question we get is whether a specific broker is supported. The honest answer is: it depends on whether that broker exposes a REST or FIX API and whether our authentication module has been built for it. The second most common question is about latency — execution latency from signal to broker order submission on the Pro and Business tiers averages below 200 milliseconds under normal conditions, though broker-side processing time adds to this and varies by broker. If you're running a high-frequency strategy with thousands of trades per day, the current platform architecture is not designed for that volume — we'd rather tell you upfront than watch it underperform.
